So im driving down the road tonight, having the best time in the world..i call up my friends and theyre all like "YEA! lets do shit!" and i call up my dad, i'll work for 20$ quick cash before he leaves for vacation..Them it dawns on me
what about my job? today is the day the schedules are out..i better call to see if i work tonight.
"hi, this is Mtzion pizza hut, my name is (name withheld) will this be-"
"Hey, (name again)?"
"yea hun?"
"I was Wondering, since (boss) is supposed to have the Schedules for this week up now could you grab them for me?"
"sure!"
`1.5 minute silenced Held call`
" alright, She doesnt have you working for tonight-"
I release my breath and cheer!
" But (something about an error) and you can come in tonight at 6-8!"

" thanks..ill be there soon"
I cancel my plans, i help my dad and head on home to goto work..
when i get to work i clammer into the back and start in on the Prep work. The Boss walks in and notices im kinda depressed, asks me why and i say:
"Well, yaknow..didnt really wanna coem to work today"
"But..(Xesh), I thought you wanted to come to work."
~!!!!!!!!!!~
" But i thought you wanted me to work???"
"(worker) said you wanted the hours so i asigned you tonight!"
" But i was just checking my Schedule!!!;-;"
"!! go home, sorry!"
plans failed..cant gettm back, and a good day crushed.
