Well, once you join a game, there may be someone already drawing, so try to guess what they're drawing, the timer allots you like 20-30 seconds to guess what they're drawing, and once you guess it, you get the points. Then, once the timer runs out, it will distribute points to the people who gets it by rank (example: Hayato, 1st: 10 points - Xion, 2nd: 8 points, Sean2, 3rd: 5 points.), once that rounds is done, it's someone elses turn and they draw what the computer tells them to do, and then it's your turn, and then do on..

However, if you're talking about the plug-ins, I no no anything.

Edit: Lol, I got kicked out of like 3 rooms for drawing a penis.
